The days programme has been carefully designed by Danielle to detoxify the body and refresh and renew your energy levels.
The day will start with a full primary dynamic ashtanga practice, giving plenty of options and modifications and giving you the tools to start a home practice.
We will then sit for a guided meditation. You will be given lots of information about how to include mindfulness and cleansing practices into your everyday life.
In the afternoon we will work through a beautiful and grounding yin practice, working on the liver and kidney meridians to cleanse and restore the energy levels within the body. Guided meditations and relaxation will ensure that you leave feeling fully rejuvenated with new found positive energy.
A delicious and beautiful raw food feast will be provided by the lovely Tracy of Raw Happy! Tracy is a raw food enthusiast, she shares her foodie passions catering for retreats in Portugal, Ibiza, the UK and Bali, as well as hosting plant based dinner parties, master classes, cookery schools and festivals. Tracy will be nourishing us with spiralized noodles, falafel, hummus and veggie filled nori rolls, as well as one of her delicious vegan cakes. Healthy has never tasted so good, prepare to be inspired!
