With Lisa Duong : Instead of throwing our bodies into gymnastic/contortion skills, in this extended class, we'll dive deeper into what it takes to truly go deeper into our back bends without compromising the integrity of the pose.
Combining flexibility, dynamics and power. If you'd like to learn how to go deeper into back bending or would like to know where to start, then let's take the first step together in this class.
Wherever you are, breathe easy, feel your edge but never feel like you can't do anything. (Not suitable for those with back injuries.)
Originally from a PR background and having practised yoga for about 7 years, Lisa joined redkiteyoga after graduating from our first 200-hour teacher-training. Lisa likes to teach her students that like everything in life, yoga is not easy. Through patience, faith and dedication, Lisa teaches her students to learn to settle the mind and breathe easy.
