A challenging and playful Vinyasa flow class. Encompassing dynamic vinyasa sequences, restorative stretches and music to fit the flow.  (with Jess, 75 mins)


MONDAYS

This class moves at an accessible pace, waking up the body carefully. Therapeutic movement is combined with active sequences designed to infuse strength and stability into your body. Emphasis on breath and body awareness will allow benefit for anyone. Leave feeling grounded, relaxed and calm. (with Alex, 75 mins)

Suitable for all bodies, ages and backgrounds. No need to be fit or flexible, just start from where you are. (with Kym, 75 mins)

Beginners Yoga

An ideal way to begin your yoga practice and discover yoga in a safe and fun space. Perfect also for you if you're looking to revisit the fundamentals of yoga.

This class will increase your strength and flexibility.

Suitable for all bodies and levels of ability. (with Kym, 60 mins)

Pregnancy Yoga

Gently dynamic class, especially designed for pregnancy. Suitable for absolute total beginners and those with yoga experience, from 14 to 40 weeks pregnant. 

Maintain mobility, help relieve common pre-natal symptoms, and prepare mentally & physically for birth. (with Kym, 60 mins)

Mysore Style Ashtanga

A self-practice in a group setting. The traditional way in which the Ashtanga yoga method is taught. Learn the primary series pose by pose at your own pace, with individual attention and safe adjustments from the teacher. Perfect for beginners to the method and for more seasoned practitioners. This class will also complement Danielle's led primary class on Thursday evenings beautifully. Come and join the growing Worcester Ashtanga community and share this beautiful practice of self discovery. (with Charlotte & Ian, 1hr 45mins)

Suitable for all as modifications and support are given to help make postures more or less challenging depending on your level of ability.  (with Charlotte, 75 mins)

Beginners Yoga

Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Explore what yoga has to offer and develop your practice in a safe, friendly and encouraging environment.
This class will focus on the rudiments of alignment while exploring connecting breath and movement. (with Tonia, 60 mins)

All Levels Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga is a traditional form of yoga - a great blend of physical postures and breathing exercise that become a moving mindfulness practice.

If you don't think you're strong enough or fit enough - perfect. We start from where we are, and we get strong and fit because we show up. (with Danielle, 75 mins)

All Levels Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a passive practice but can still be challenging. Unlike dynamic yoga it targets the deep connective tissues and myofascia that covers the body. It offers deeper access to the body, and postures can be held for 3, 5, even 10 minutes at a time improving flexibility and mobility. During practice you are guided through mindful meditation, leaving you feeling calm and centered. Whilst being incredibly beneficial for the body this type of practice is especially potent for the mind. (with Danielle, 60 mins)
