Suitable for all bodies, ages and backgrounds. No need to be fit or flexible, just start from where you are. 9.30am (75 mins)


MONDAYS

All Levels Yoga

Warm and welcoming daytime class suitable for all bodies and level of ability. 

Suitable for all as modifications and support are given to help make postures more or less challenging depending on your level of ability.  (with Gemma, 60 mins)

6:30pm

 

Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga

Designed to unite the mind and body, linking breath with movement. Strengthen, invigorate & flow with focus on breath. 

Suitable if you have done yoga before or are generally fit and active. (with Kym, 60 mins)

7:45pm

 

Beginners Yoga

An ideal way to begin your yoga practice and discover yoga in a safe and fun space. Perfect also for you if you're looking to revisit the fundamentals of yoga.

This class will increase your strength and flexibility.

Suitable for all bodies and levels of ability. (with Kym, 60 mins)


TUESDAYS

Parent & Baby Yoga

Five sessions on Tuesdays at 10am starting September 2017!

This class is a gentle flow yoga class designed to help gently heal the body after the arrival of your baby. The class will incorporate poses just for you, poses just for baby and poses that build the bond between you and your baby. Kym has trained in both pre and post natal yoga and therefore understands the needs of the changing and healing body. Parent & Baby class takes a 'whatever happens in the class happens' approach allowing you to attend to your baby's needs whenever required. (with Kym, 60 mins)


WEDNESDAYS

Pregnancy Yoga

Gently dynamic class, especially designed for pregnancy. Suitable for absolute total beginners and those with yoga experience, from 14 to 40 weeks pregnant. 

Maintain mobility, help relieve common pre-natal symptoms, and prepare mentally & physically for birth. (with Kym, 60 mins)

An ideal way to begin your yoga practice and discover yoga in a safe and fun space. Perfect also for you if you're looking to revisit the fundamentals of yoga.

**Starts Thursday 10th August!**

 

Kids Yoga

Four classes on Thursdays at 11.15am in August 2017!

Each session will be a different story-led yoga adventure. For physical and emotional development and so many more benefits including; better posture, balance, coordination, concentration and focus. Yoga for kids can also improve children’s ability to manage stress and anxiety; have empathy for others; not to mention building confidence and self-esteem.

Danielle and Charlotte are both qualified yoga teachers, and have also qualified to teach kids. They are also both mums of two, so make a formidable team, understanding the needs of children at different ages. As Charlotte is also a Doctor specialising in Mental Health, and Danielle works as a Health Psychologist, they offer a wealth of knowledge and experience in both yoga and mindfulness techniques! Suitable for ages 4-8 years. (with Danielle & Charlotte, 45 mins)

Ashtanga - Suitable for All Levels

Ashtanga is a traditional form of yoga - a great blend of physical postures and breathing exercise that become a moving mindfulness practice.

If you don't think you're strong enough or fit enough - perfect. We start from where we are, and we get strong and fit because we show up. (with Danielle, 90 mins)


FRIDAYS

**Starts back Friday 8th September!**

 

Candlelit Yoga - Suitable for All Levels

Come along and join us in our candlelit studio for a perfect way to wrap up your week. Enjoy a lovely, relaxing and restorative yoga class and exhale a sigh of relief! Relax, relieve tension and walk out feeling brand new. 7-8pm. (with Melanie, 60 mins)
