Kate Alexander Vinyasa and Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher
I discovered yoga alongside a 10 year technology career with British Airways in London, after it fixed my knees, gave me boundless energy & much more. In 2009 I completed a world class teacher training in India, launched redkiteyoga and have been teaching ever since. I love creating a warm, welcoming class with the perfect music playlist.
As part of my own journey into motherhood I've also qualified in Pre & Post Natal yoga in recent years and am delighted to be a fittamamma partner, championing a range of maternity yoga clothes for safe, healthy & stylish mums to be.
I teach all classes, except the Wednesday beginners class.
